Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 2026

VectorSense LLC respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you when you interact with our websites and enterprise programs.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy describes how VectorSense LLC ("VectorSense," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit our websites, request information, engage with our sales or support teams, or participate in learning, lab, or innovation programs delivered through our platforms.

This policy applies to our marketing websites and general business operations. If you access VectorSense platforms or services under a separate customer agreement, that agreement and any applicable Data Processing Addendum (DPA) may govern how your organization's data is handled.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information depending on how you interact with us:

  • Contact and account details — name, business email, phone number, company, job title, and country.
  • Program and platform usage — learning progress, lab activity, assessments, hackathon participation, and related metadata when you use UpLearn, Just Labs, Hackable, or related services.
  • Communications — messages you send through contact forms, email, support tickets, or sales conversations.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, and cookies or similar technologies used for site functionality and analytics.
  • Payment and billing — where applicable, billing contact details processed through our payment providers (we do not store full payment card numbers on our servers).

3. How We Use Information

  • Provide, operate, and improve our websites, platforms, and professional services.
  • Respond to enquiries, demos, support requests, and security or privacy questions.
  • Deliver learning paths, labs, assessments, and innovation programs under contract.
  • Generate program analytics, completion reporting, and readiness insights for authorized administrators.
  • Send service-related notices, program updates, and — where permitted — marketing communications.
  • Maintain security, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Enterprise & Partner Programs

For enterprise and partner deployments, VectorSense typically processes personal data on behalf of a customer organization. In those cases, the customer is generally the data controller and VectorSense acts as a processor or service provider, as defined in the applicable agreement.

Administrators may access learner and participant data within the scope of their role. We configure access controls, tenant isolation, and reporting boundaries to align with customer governance requirements.

5. Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers — hosting, email, analytics, payment, and support tools under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
  • Customer administrators — for programs your organization sponsors or operates.
  • Professional advisers — lawyers, auditors, or insurers where reasonably required.
  • Authorities — when required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to continued protection of personal information.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, meet contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and comply with legal requirements. Retention periods for platform and program data may be defined in your customer agreement or administrator settings.

7. Security

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. See our Security page for an overview of our practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port certain personal information, or to object to particular processing. You may also opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in those messages.

If your data is processed through an employer or partner program, please contact your program administrator first. You may also contact us directly and we will route your request appropriately.

9. International Transfers

VectorSense may process information in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers, including contractual protections with vendors and customers.

10. Children's Privacy

Our services are directed at business and professional audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe we have received such information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when changes were last posted. Material changes may be communicated through our website or direct notice where appropriate.
